Summary0000052: Additive=1 sprites spin around, Additive = 0 (mostly) don't
DescriptionThis is some odd hard-coded behavior that should not be. If you make a sprite effect additive (by editing the SMOKES/METASMOK/EXPLOS CSV files) if will spin c-c in the game. Non-additive sprites won't spin--except sometimes they spin once then stop.

Spin should be a separate and independent sprite (/particle/smoke_trail) effect property. And when it is off, the sprites should not spin at all.
Steps To Reproduce1. Go into, say, EXPLOS.CSV
2. Find a SPRITE effect that is not additive and make it additive (or vice versa)
3. Save and play the game
4. Activate the relevant explosion in the game and observe how the sprite effect is now spinning/not-spinning based on it's blending mode
4b. Observe how "non-spinning" non-additive sprite effects still sometimes spin
